We also store the information you choose to enter into Logggr, which may include:

• financial transactions and categories;
• thoughts and notes;
• tags relating to feelings, body states, activities, life areas, intentions, or intake;
• personal context and profile information;
• preferences and settings;
• information about relationships or other people that you choose to record.

Some of this information may be sensitive or deeply personal.

2. Guest mode

Where guest mode is available, logs may remain only on your device and may not be sent to Ecoterreans LLC’s servers.

Guest data may be lost if local storage, browser data, or application data is cleared.

3. Why we process your information

We process information as needed to:

• provide and operate Logggr;
• authenticate accounts;
• save and retrieve your logs;
• apply your settings and preferences;
• provide export features;
• provide integrations or MCP access that you explicitly authorize;
• maintain security, reliability, and abuse prevention;
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Your logs are your data

You retain ownership of the information you enter into Logggr.

Ecoterreans LLC processes that information only as needed to provide and operate the service, except where you separately and explicitly authorize another use.

5. AI model training

Ecoterreans LLC does not use your money entries, thoughts, context, or other personal logs to train artificial intelligence models.

Connecting Logggr to an AI system for inference or analysis does not give Ecoterreans LLC permission to use your logs for model training.

If Logggr ever offers a separate research or model-training program, participation would require clear, explicit, separate consent.

6. AI connections and exports

You may choose to export Logggr data or connect Logggr to external artificial intelligence tools, including through MCP.

When you do this, the external service may receive the data you choose to provide or authorize.

Those services are separate from Ecoterreans LLC and operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

You should review the privacy practices of any external service before sharing personal data with it.

7. Service providers

Ecoterreans LLC uses third-party providers for infrastructure such as hosting, databases, authentication, storage, and related technical services.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to Ecoterreans LLC and according to their applicable agreements and privacy terms.

Ecoterreans LLC does not sell your personal data.

8. Advertising and analytics

Logggr does not sell personal data or use personal logs for advertising.

Logggr does not currently use third-party behavioral advertising or third-party analytics that track users across unrelated services.

If this changes, this policy will be updated.

9. Cookies and local storage

Logggr may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies needed to operate the service, including:

• authentication;
• language preferences;
• selected Logggr mode;
• application settings;
• guest-mode data where applicable.

These technologies are used to operate the product rather than for cross-site advertising.

10. Information about other people

Your thoughts or context may contain information about other people.

Please use judgment and respect the privacy and rights of others when recording, exporting, or sharing such information.

Ecoterreans LLC does not independently verify statements users make about third parties.

11. Data security

Ecoterreans LLC takes reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect stored information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

No online system can guarantee absolute security.

12. Data retention

We retain account information and stored logs while your account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide the service.

When information is deleted, it may remain temporarily in backups or technical systems where immediate deletion is not reasonably possible.

Backup and deletion practices may evolve as the service develops.

13. Export, correction, and deletion

Logggr provides tools that allow you to view, edit, delete, and export your logs.

You may request deletion of your account and associated server-stored data by contacting Ecoterreans LLC through ecoterreans.com.

Where required by applicable law, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or other control over your personal data.

14. Children

Logggr is not directed to children under 13.

If Ecoterreans LLC learns that personal information from a child has been collected in violation of applicable law, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.

15. Changes to this policy

Logggr is evolving, and this Privacy Policy may change.

When material changes are made, the updated date will be changed and, where appropriate, notice will be provided through the service.
