Terms of Service

1. Your data

You own the information you enter into Logggr.

You give Ecoterreans LLC a limited permission to store, process, transmit, and display that information only as needed to operate and provide Logggr.

Do not use Logggr to store, upload, or share information that you do not have the right to use, or to violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your account secure.

Some parts of Logggr may be available without an account. When guest mode is used, data may remain only on the device and may be lost if local storage, browser data, or the application data is cleared.

3. Personal records and interpretation

Logggr is designed for personal observation, reflection, and recordkeeping.

It is not financial, medical, psychological, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice.

Information, patterns, summaries, or interpretations produced through Logggr or through connected artificial intelligence systems may be incomplete, incorrect, or misleading.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on your logs or on interpretations of them.

4. AI and external tools

You may choose to connect Logggr to external tools or artificial intelligence systems, including through MCP, integrations, or manual export.

These connections are optional.

External tools may access only the information you choose to export or authorize through the available connection.

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. Ecoterreans LLC does not control and is not responsible for how those services process information you choose to send to them.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Logggr to:

• violate applicable law;
• harm, harass, impersonate, exploit, or unlawfully monitor another person;
• access or attempt to access another user’s data without authorization;
• interfere with, disrupt, attack, reverse engineer, or misuse the service;
• introduce malware or malicious code;
• create unreasonable technical load or otherwise abuse the service.

6. Availability and changes

Logggr is provided as-is and as-available.

The service may change, contain errors, experience interruptions, or stop being offered.

Ecoterreans LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data can never be lost.

You should export or keep independent copies of records that are especially important to you.

7. Accounts and termination

You may stop using Logggr at any time.

Ecoterreans LLC may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, infrastructure, or third parties, to comply with law, or in response to violations of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you enter.

Logggr, its software, branding, interface, design, and other service materials are owned by Ecoterreans LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Logggr or its underlying technology to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ecoterreans LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

• use or inability to use Logggr;
• loss or corruption of data;
• reliance on an interpretation, summary, pattern, or AI-generated output;
• actions of connected third-party services;
• unauthorized access caused by circumstances outside Ecoterreans LLC’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Privacy

How Ecoterreans LLC collects, processes, and protects personal information through Logggr is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

Logggr is evolving, and these terms may change.

When material changes are made, the updated date will be changed and, where appropriate, notice will be provided through the service.

Continued use of Logggr after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
